Subpar visit at my go-to Hotel chain choice!
I’m still in shock that this hotel is in the Residence Inn Marriott chain. The condition and cleanliness of the interior of the hotel were not what Marriott typically represents. From cracked ceramic tiles, dirty floors, and surfaces my one night stay was terrible. The mattress was completely shot and the furnace fan was loud and had a high-pitched whistling noise. Unfortunately, the kitchenette area lacked attention and there were food crumbs present and mirrors were not clean.
Coffee area in lobby at 5:30am, already filthy?
Cream dispensers were dirty
Horrible mattress does not show well in pictures
All carpets needed vacuumed

We had a Dr appointment , the ladies at the desk called security and they picked us up at the hotel and picked us up after appointment and took us back to hotel.before we left we booked again for next appointment. Wonderful place to stay
