Pros: The location is great, walking this distance to the shore, shops, restaurants, etc. Nice building. Beautiful modern room. Very clean. Cons: small room. No cabinets. Can not hang clothes a normal way because the clothes hanging area is to small and tight. I booked a Queen bed. Yet I got a full bed. Squeaky sound from the above room

The perfect stay!
What a great option! The perfect stay for our road trip down the California Coast. Everything was perfect from pre check, check in and check out! Incredible and friendly customer service from all staff! It's a no brainer for us that we will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Morro Bay! Another plus was we did not have to take our car out to get to the shops, restaurants or waterfront. Everything and I mean everything is walking distance from the Inn.

Close to waterfront and stores. Motel is clean and looks recently renovated. Sound insulation is lacking between upper and lower floors could hear people talking and walking above us. Still recommend though!

Great location, nice, little Motel
Friendly and welcoming receptionist. The room was good size with plenty of clean towels and sheets on the comfortable and firm mattress. The location was great - short walk to the docks where we could view otters and sea lions. The Hotel is located on a main road in town and was a bit noisy due to traffic going by. The furniture in the room could use replacing, it was showing it's age and wasn't very comfortable.
