More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot
We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei.
Não vá para esse Hotel. Pior escolha que fiz. Invista um valor a mais e aproveite sua viagem. O hotel possui instalações precárias, o café da manhã é terrível, fui tomar café fora do hotel todos os dias.

O bwc estava sujo quando chegamos, os registros do chuveiro não fecham direito, a válvula de descarga fica fazendo barulho por uns bons minutos, a pia é de plástico e está quebrada, a torneira de plástico e não fecha direto, o colchão não tem forro e como o lençol é fino vê toda sujeira do colchão, e o colchão já está mole. A box da cama sem proteção e se vê sujeira. As portas não dá para saber se é sujeira ou o pintor fez serviço porco, A porta da sacada só abre no puxão. O café da manhã, pão duro, queijo e manteiga com gosto azedo. Fruta só 2 tipo, e um pouco passadas. Tapioca tem que pagar 15,00 se quiser. A foto da piscina no anúncio é linda. Pessoalmente nem tive coragem de entrar. Terrível . Não é hotel, é um alojamento de alguma associação, e mal cuidado.

O hotel possuí uma estrutura mediana. A única coisa que precisa melhorar urgentemente são os ar condicionados de janela. Eles são muito barulhentos e impedem o descanso com qualidade. O café da manhã é bem regular. Apesar das avaliações negativas,o hotel tem um ótimo custo-benefício.
