More like hostel close to a derelict parking lot
We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. When we asked for a refund they said that we would have to speak to the manager however he was not on site and only speaks Portuguese, We also discovered that the price for this on Expedia Brazil was half the price that we paid? We found another hotel right on the beach and half the price per night very nice comfortable room. Not only we paid double the price for 2 nights but we did not get our refund for the second night. Not a good experience at all.

Pelo preço e localização, achei que valeu a pena. O café da manhã também achei ok. Mas o hotel precisa urgentemente de uma reforma. Tem infiltração e cheiro de mofo. Além disso é bem simples.

Estadia rápida, pousada simples demais.
Demora de mais de 2 horas para o Check In. Café com pouquíssimas variedades. Funcionários perdidos no atendimento. Tinha até passarinho no forro do nosso quarto. Como foi uma viagem rápida, não comprometeu tanto, mas tem muito a melhorar.

Foi somente uma diária, mas tem dois funcionários que estão nas funções erradas, uma é uma mulher que estava na "recepção" do café da manhã e outro é um que estava na recepção na hora do check-out. Atendimento pessimo dos dois, o que estava na recepção parece que tem uma deficiência no braço, parecia que estavamos pedindo favor. Fora isso não tenho o que reclamar, foi tudo certo.

Pior hotel que já me hospedei.
Não vá para esse Hotel. Pior escolha que fiz. Invista um valor a mais e aproveite sua viagem. O hotel possui instalações precárias, o café da manhã é terrível, fui tomar café fora do hotel todos os dias.
