Terrible experience. The hotel had 5 stars rating on the internet. Upon arrival and at check in I was early but was able to occupy the room, but the room along with other rooms did not have running water. There were guests that were smoking marijuana and it smelled. The interior of the hotel was not clean. I was not told I needed to pay an additional $50.00 when I arrived. It was not a pleasant stay at all. The surrounding area didn't appear safe. The water was to be turned on by 3pm and informed the front desk that it was past 3 pm and the water was still not turned off. And when I informed the front desk that the water was not on after 3pm she informed me that she said I had the choice not to stay. I was not told that. Thumbs down on this place.

We love Drury Inns but this was terrible. They ran out of food at dinner AND breakfast! We were at the later end of dinner (6:30) and everything was wiped out! We were early to breakfast and they were totally out of eggs (scrambled and hard boiled)! This was a terrible experience! The main elevator was out of order as well. The staff were very nice but this was awful!

I didnt stay at the hotel because i was called and notified that it was under renovations. renovations started at 8 am and ended at 5 or 6.the water would be shut off everyday between 11 and 3. i was grateful i was notified before checking in. i dont know how long it will take them to finish but i suggest you inquire before booking

Drury is the Best!
We always love staying at Drury Inn. It is always such a great value. The rates are very fair. They have a free dinner, and breakfast and they give you a free drink coupon. The indoor/outdoor pool is always so nice and heated and the hot tub is awesome. The service is so great. The will do anything they can to make your stay better! They are always friendly and helpful. Drury has it right. I just wish there were more of them, so we could always find one close!

We were called the evening before our stay and was told that thre was going to be water turn offs after 11:00 and back on at 5......Should have been told about renovation construction by Hotels.com I was quoted an anount but the price was higher at desk when checking in Drury said there was an additional dEPOSIT CHARGED FOR INCIDENTALS? bUT IT WOULD BE REFUNDED IN A WEEK TO 10 DAYS. ALSO NOT TOLD THIS BY HOTELS.COM iM WAITING FOR MY REFUND - bEDS WERE UNUSUALLY SOFT THE PLACEMENT OF THE DESK FOR YOUR COMPUTER IS RIGHT NEXT TO THE FAN AIR CONDITIONING AND hEAT WHICH BLOWS SO HARD i COULD NOT WORK THERE! tHE BREAKFAST i BELIEVE WAS MADE WITH POWDERED EGGS AND NO BUTTER JUST SOYBEAN OIL SPREAD.RATED ABOUT 1 - 2 STARS..

Convenient location
Due to a delayed flight I had to spend the night in Atlanta. It was a short but ok stay. If pool and hot tub were either open later in the evening or earlier in the morning I would have used them. It’s very close to the interstate and train tracks so a bit noisy. They do leave earplugs and snacks in the room which is nice.

check in was difficult, staff member seemed bored fed up and disinterested. she was rude, unhelpful and if asked a question sucked her teeth and mumbled i don't know. not very welcoming, check out was great, but given the poor welcome, leaving check out clerk struggled to improve our opinion
