Beautiful detached chalet, close to town centre and lifts, with panoramic views

This newly renovated south facing 4 bedroomed detached chalet is situated just 2 minutes walk from Morzine town centre and lifts. The chalet has a large sunny balcony off the open plan living room / kitchen diner. The ground floor bedroom has direct access to outside terrace. The balconies are south facing with stunning uninterrupted views over Morzine and the Pleney slopes and the valley, both east and west. The property will sleep up to 8 guests, although has a maximum number of adults of 6. It has a modern open plan kitchen, living area and dining room, all bedrooms have access to ensuite shower rooms / bathroom. There is an additional bunk room with 2 single bunk beds which can be used if guests prefer not to share a double room.

The property has UK TV and French TV, free WiFi, blue tooth music streaming, off-street parking and electric car charger. A car is not necessary as the ski bus stops directly outside the property and it is a very short walk into town. There is a ski / boot room with boot warmers.

The Portes du Soleil lift pass will give access to 650 km of ski area including Avoriaz, Les Gets and Chatel. Olympic-size skating rink and indoor pool complex are just two of the local attractions. In the summer, Morzine and the adjoining resort of Les Gets are extremely child-friendly with adventure parks, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, and many animated events.

We stayed for a few days visiting family and skiing. The property decor or lovely and has everything you could need. It was very clean and in a great location for the super-morzine lift and then for bars/restaurants in an evening. Great stay. It will definitely be our preferred accommodation on our next visit.
