Not a very clean well kept hotel. Staff was very nice and accommodating but we just slept and left. Didn’t want to spend more time than we needed. Stayed here 6 years ago and the hotel has kind of gone downhill

Poor Hotel experience.
We had a wedding reception and specifically chose this hotel due to it being new and the inclusion of breakfast and overall cost based on the number of guests. What we found however is a breakfast that was not well taken care of and multiple missing items that resulted in us have to go out for breakfast "Every day". The staff was apologetic and once I complained magically the staff went out and got the missing items. My advise, if a continental breakfast is important to you, pick another hotel as their are multiple options within the vicinity.

management is really letting this hotel run down. The bathroom was not clean. This sink was clogged. The bathroom fan did not work, so when I took a shower the alarm went off. Had to stop the shower to make the alarm stop. The window blinds were full of holes. On top of that, they have increased the nightly rates.

My Stay at Quality Inn.
The shower wall looked like soap scum on it. The check in lady on Saturday afternoon was not very friendly. The ice machine on the first floor was broken. The pool area seemed cluttered. The bed was very comfortable and loved the breakfast. The lady working in the kitchen Was very nice. It was quiet and great that dogs could stay. The cleaning lady on Sunday morning was super sweet. The checkout lady was nice. Over all very good.

Average hotel. Missing trim on entry doorway and trim nails sticking out catch bags. Sink drained very slowly. AC blew cold air but the cover was loose and would fall off when trying to open to control door which was also broken. AC doesn't have "fan mode" like most to continue to blow air even when at lowest temp.

This plave is great if you are going to the dunes, every food chain is within a mile gas stations ect ect, the staff was really cool, and our room was great will be staying here again
