The charming flat "Wasserfall", part of the Jogglanderhof in the village of Stuls, is located in the picturesque Val Passiria and consists of a living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, thus offering space for 6 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. You can start your day with a coffee on the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the valley, known for its many hours of sunshine. There is also a private covered terrace where you can spend the evenings. There are many hiking and climbing routes in the area, as well as numerous mountain peaks with spectacular views. From the village you can hike to the "Stuller Waterfalls", which are among the highest waterfalls in Europe. In winter, the nearest ski lifts are only 22 minutes away by car (15.5 km). The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk (270 m) away in the centre of the village. Several restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and shops can be found in St. Leonhard, a 15-minute drive or 11 km from the house. The spa town of Merano is a 40-minute drive (31 km) away, and the South Tyrolean capital of Bolzano is an hour's drive (60 km) from Stuls. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The mountain pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is closed in winter, therefore the ski area is not accessible.
