Finding the place was a little difficult. It is located in the main market. Once we got that, the staff was awesome. They put us in the best cheapest close parking and helped transport our luggage. Our room was right over the market street and yet very quiet. Close walking distance to everything in Mostar. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Ena, who gave an extra effort to help and answer questions. Also great breakfast!

In the heart of old town
Nice hotel at the beginning of the old town - excellent location. Best for 1-2 days for a short stay. The breakfast was most excellent and the staff were lovely and accommodating. Thursday evening had live music until midnight so do join as otherwise sleep will be sacrificed...! Room could be updated and cleanliness was on the downside (kettle, bathroom and water was cold at times as it requires a switch and no bidet). But staff helped as soon as we contacted them.

Really nice clean place very good breakfast Only one thing I would recommend.. the front door is kinda spring loaded and it catches everyone when u close it and slams really loudly .. we were on first floor and it does give you a jolt… great spot and restaurants near by

Excellent place in the old part of Mostar. Modern and clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a restaurant as well next door. Breakfast was included and served individually on table. Excellent choices but took a long time. Common balcony with great views.

Hotel Emen is located right at the beginning of the old town which gives it a great location. The old town is where the action is - shops and restaurants. The rooms are small and amenities limited - example there was no safe in the room. There are also a lot of staris and no elevator, however the staff did help carry the luggage. Breakfast was an array of items which came to the table - there was no buffet. Coffee was good and overall breakfast was good. Hotel Emen is good value for the money, a plain simple hotel.

We didn’t know what to expect, not having visited the city/country before. The hotel staff couldnt have been more friendly and helpful, with useful food & tour guides and the troubled history of the country. Would 100% recommend.

What a great find - in the old town really close to the Bridge in Mostar!! Friendly staff and great having a room so close to everything which also turned out to be a convenient oasis of AC in the middle of hot days. Thanks for a great stay.

The staff at Hotel Emen were all wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! The Turkish breakfast was fantastic and we were full most of the day from it! The room was clean and comfortable, though a little small. However, it suited our needs for the 2 nights we stayed there. It was very conveniently located only a couple minutes walk to the Stari Most bridge, surrounded by shopping, restaurants and the major sites. I would have given 5 stars but our television did not work and we had a lot of luggage which we had a hard time opening both big bags and having room to walk around. If we had been traveling lighter and the television was working, I’d give 5 stars. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to stay in and I greatly appreciate the hospitality of the staff!
