In Calahonda / Motril on the beach in a quiet urbanization, with individual houses and semi-detached houses, on two floors, this semi-detached house is ideal for spending holidays with your family or friends. By 4 steps you reach the terrace in front of the house, half covered, sunny in the morning and at noon, with a dining table and 2 sun loungers. On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining room, two sofas and 2 armchairs, a well-equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the second terrace, which is sunny in the afternoon, there is another table, 2 more sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom has a terrace with sea views. Two cars can park in the garage under the house, with a height of 1.75 m.
In Calahonda there are three diving clubs, supermarkets and a wide range of restaurants.
It is close to Granada, to visit Alhambra and the old town.
