The pluses: space equipped for playing football, volleyball, badminton and pétanque - swimming pool 5 x 10 meters (June to September) for common use with the owners and a caravan. On the ground floor of the gite: kitchen/dining room/living room - separate wc - storage room - 1 bedroom (2 single beds) with shower.
Upstairs: bathroom - separate wc - 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds and cot).
Gas and electric heating EJP (invoicing on consumption) and paying wood (45€ per cubic meter).
Parking and private land.
The swimming pool is open from June 15 to September 30.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
