We have 2-queen bedrooms and a bunk room that easily sleeps 6 children. There is 1.5 bathrooms inside, plus everyone’s favorite a new outdoor shower.
We are directly on the waters of beautiful Lake Kanasatka, Calm and quiet enough to listen to the loons and watch the sunrise and sunset in peace…. While big enough to tube and waterski or enjoy a day of Kayaking or paddle boarding.
Enjoy one of the best Mountain View’s on the lake from our large 3 season room.
We leave you 3 kayaks, water and yard toys, life vest, beach chairs and a gas grill .
The cottage has its own lawn for games and BBQ’s and its own dock
You are also directly adjacent to the private association sandy beach, with a swimming platform and picnic benches, shared by only 9 other homes. There are many local shops and marinas that rent motorboats and paddle boards. Kanasatka is a straight forward lake to navigate

“The big lake” Winnipesaukee is just across the road.
You can walk to Center Harbor for the closet access its larger beach and playground. Also, larger docks with options for ferry/cruise rides.
Center Harbor also has a small supermarket, hardware store, liquor store, book store, a couple of cute clothing and gift stores. In addition to many dining choices.
It is a short ride to many more delicious coffee shops, breakfast and lunch places, dining and ice Cream! More shopping, Antiques, Hikes, craft fairs, spa’s, and even a small movie theater are all close by for any kind of activity you are into..........But, there is plenty to keep you happy without ever leaving the cottage! We try to make sure you have everything you need to be comfortable. We have a fully Stocked Kitchen and all new mattresses! For rainy or quiet days, we have a smart TV, gaming system, books, board games and puzzles. There are portable AC’s, fans and the house is heated to take a chill off if needed.
