This two story home can be rented as an upper level, lower level or the entire home for a large group. Look at my other listing “Historic Mount Dora Relaxation”. Enjoy the serenity of the oak trees in the back yard or connect with a downtown ambiance in the adorable porch - the choices are endless.
The upper level has one queen sized bedroom and one bathroom. It also has a full kitchen, a small dining space and a sunroom with a pull out Queen size sofa-bed.
This listing includes the entire upstairs full living area with it’s own private entrance and kitchen. You can combine it with our other listing “Historic Mount Dora” if you have an even bigger party.
Parking for the upstairs is on the right side of the driveway, single file. Thanks.

The house was dirty - kitchen sink, bathroom- sink & toilet, refrigerator. Floors were wet in places when we arrived. Shower curtain bracket attached to ceiling fell down when my husband took shower so I never attempted. Location was great on a positive note.
