"I haven’t stayed here for the past 25 years but the hotel/condo property is absolutely one of the best values in Aspen within walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly quality of beds is outstanding. I suggest you book early as this sells out quickly."

"Would 10/10 stay at the Delaware Hotel again. I NEVER write hotel reviews but felt the staff and ambiance here deserved the glowing review. The staff went above and beyond to make my group feel welcome on my bachelorette trip. The hotel restaurant was probably the best restaurant in town, and the staff at the Delaware was very accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Rooms were clean too. Older fixtures (to be expected), so keep in mind that some things may have some “quirks” to them, like holding the toilet handle down to flush, etc. "

"Our first experience staying in a tiny home. Overall it was well designed and very cute. We went for one night before heading out for a day of snow at Ski Cooper and it was perfect. If we were to stay multiple nights, it doesn't allow for being cozy and hanging out but I think this is due to the nature of a tiny home rather than this particular property. The ladder to the second bed made getting in and out of the bathroom tricky. You would have to duck under the ladder when it was strategically placed so the bathroom door could slide open at all times. I do also wish there was a barrier for second bed to the edge. It was a little intimidating thinking we might roll off the edge. Other than that, it was a terrific place. We will head back up"
