Price was reasonable and staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was awful, not comfortable at all. There was a drunk or crazy lady screaming in the hallway at 6am Saturday morning, very disturbing.

as a disabled smoker in a non-smoking hotel I was concerned ,but when I spoke to the manager he made sure to give me a nicely equipped handicapped room close to the exit ,I was nervous because my adult son has mental disabilities and outbursts so I alerted the staff ,and they said they would handle any and all complaints they were very nice to him and our family during our stay and helped us during difficult times ,I cannot say much more about this hotel ,it was a great experience and I highly recommend it...1 issue the pool was being remodeled and wasn't available

Would not recommend.
I thought this was a hotel that I had booked several years prior, but after my experience, realized it was not. We checked in early and that was easy. There was a fee involved, and I get that. I was traveling with my two elderly parents, one that has a walking issue. They give us a room on the 2nd floor, which is ok. They said the lobby can be noisy. If I would have listed to my husband, I would have eaten the cost and moved hotels, but i thought I would give them a shot. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. It is in really bad shape. Our room was ok, but the walls were touched up and painted over with a different color than the room or patched and never repainted over. Toilet was banging when you sat on it. Did not clean the room unless you put do not disturb sign out. TV no remote first night, Had 1 channel.It took 30 min to fix after taking it off the wall and pulling box out of wall and left it hanging. Toilet overflowed last night and they had no one to repair so we had to change rooms. New room was better, but mold in the bathroom. I would never stay again!

The hotel is listed as pet friendly and their listing on hotels.com does not have any policies restrcting the pet you can bring. However, when I arrived, I was told the manager of that specific BW did not allow cats. Of course the manager was not available and I could not reach him by phone.
