The stay was great but the only complaint I had was with housekeeping. Housekeeping barged in the room without consent while my family was still asleep but other than that the hotel and front desk were really good to me and my family. Thank you

BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!!!
The staff was very nice and very professional c not a bad thing… I was there for my Uncles Funeral so stressed enough…there were a lot of BUGS (I have pictures and videos,) crawling all over the bathroom floor, and through OUT the room, my wife’s was so discussed she did t even shower that morning, refused to go in there…we had a short time from to get to the funeral but I did mention it to the front counter and showed the video, they were kind and sympathetic,but I had no time to argue about things…. I really want my money back…we tavern often and this was by far my worst experience in 30 years… I will be sharing this with everyone

Contrary some reviews my recent stay was quiet nice. The grounds the lobby anf the room were in excellent condition. Bathroom was spotless. The hallway carpet and paint could use a refresh. sService and personal were pleasant. Th A/C was a bit noisy and woke me up a few times but other than that I have no complaints.

Property is being renovated and has been greatly enhanced in terms of look, comfort, cleanliness and atmosphere. On premise laundry was helpful. Gym was comfortably large. Front desk personnel were helpful and cheerful.

Walking from the Hotel to Mount Kisco train station, a walk of only 15 minutes, is dangerous! No sidewalks on part of the route so I was forced to walk in muddy, wet, grass.
