The room was unkempt.The bathroom sink,walls and tub was dirty.The tub had dark spots and dried up glue in it.Apparently the tub mat was removed.I inquired about a mat and was told to use a towel.The hotel overall is outdated. I wouldn't recommended this hotel.

We will never stay here again. We had two rooms. One room smelled of old smoke and the other smelled of bad feminine hygiene.We had to spray the rooms multiple times to get rid of the smell. The bathrooms were dirty and had to be cleaned. We also didn’t have hot water half the time. I don’t understand why hotels in this area are in such a decline when it comes to service and upkeep of their facilities.

The room was not clean properly the bathroom glass was very dirty. This was my first time staying at Comfort Inn &Suite and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Our Stay was wonderful! The lobby was so elegantly decorated for the holiday and the front desk was very attentive and so helpful. The hallway had a wonderful clean scent as well. The room was super clean and all the linens were bright and crisp. Our only comment was there was no trashcan in the bathroom. That’s it. Everything else was amazing and we will definitely stay here again

Horrible Experience
This was the worst stay at a hotel that I have ever have I had to change rooms two times because of the rooms either not being clean or just falling apart they really need to just close this hotel and do a serious renovation I rather stay at a shelter than to stay there again

Overall room was poorly cleaned. Dust everywhere hanging off items on wall. A blood splatter on wall. Mold growing in room coffee brewer. And watched a cockroach crawl out crack in wall. The worker at checkout didn’t seem worried about the bug when I said something , but was super upset about the mold in coffee pot….
My boyfriend asked if I wanted mold with my coffee.
Cockroach that came to visit as I was leaving. I had a freak out and repacked everything to make sure I wasn’t bringing any friends home.

Quick weekend stay
