The room was not clean and smelled like smoke from the moment I walked in, both the room and corridors. We had a used towel in the room that was not washed with ashes on it. The tub was dirty and had previous stain from body wash or something. Overall it was not enjoyable

No wash clothes , a lot of dirt and dust on the ground, mattresses need to be replaced they were slanted. Bathroom was disgusting, stains everywhere in the tub, shower head was molded . Never ever staying with comfort inn again

Disgusting hotel
When I arrived to my room, I saw the toilet was not clean. It had poop all over the inside of the toilet. When I talked to staff about it, all he had to say was that there was no house keeping at that time. I was very disappointed with the staff there. All over the shower walls, there was black spots. I’m so very disappointed with this stay.

Do not stay here! I slept in full clothes as the bedding clearly hadn’t been changed and had crumbs and dirty Kleenexes under cover. Did not shower in the dirty/moldy bathroom but water didn’t shut off anyways and ran all night. Absolutely the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed.

Our room was clean and ready for us. We stayed during some home repairs so just needed a place to sleep and escape the noise. We had our dog and enjoyed walking her around the grounds.

The bathroom was really gross and had a mat on the tub floor,, very unsanitary. The bed had hair all over it and a large stain on the pillow. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke. It was coming in through the connecting room even though there was a no smoking policy. You could also hear everything that was happening in the hallway and the toilet flushing in other rooms.

Burning sh** pile
The toilet seat fell off. The bathroom fan was broken. They were rude about giving us a third towel when we asked for one (reservation was for three), THE AC WAS BROKEN, people were screaming and slamming doors at midnight then 2 AM then 3 AM. The tub felt like it was about to fall through the floor, the room reeked of smoke oh and the pool is closed.
