DO NOT STAY HERE! So mad I was unable to get a refund. It smelled upon entering, the owners clearly live behind the desk it was messy w shoes and stuff everywhr. The elevator was shabby making noise w crazy shake between flrs. The room was DIRTY. The lock looked like it was kicked off and replaced poorly. The closet ddnt close and when you touched the handle it was one more touch and it would be dangling. THE BATHROOM WAS FILTHY. Hair everywhr, shower curtain DIRTY w blood and dirt stains. The bathroom door was kicked in at the bottom and would not close. The tub had rust and a ring around the tub oh and no toilet paper. Called to the front was tld I had to come get toilet paper. Upon getting to the front desk I asked for house keeping no one was avail until the am. I asked for cleaning supply I was handed 4 wipes. Back to the rm sheets were suspect smelled like the foyer area like a strong Indian odor as if someone laid in the bed and ddnt change the sheets. At check out at 6:30/7 I was greeted w the same employee in a tshirt. Asked when my hold on my cc would be released he said 7days…..WOW lol. Expedia take them off your site this stay was HORRIBLE DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT BOOK COMFORT INN VOORHEES/ MT LAUREL NJ THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN

Bad choice
The first room was horrible, it stank, but they changed us to a less bad one. The second room had cobwebs, dirty carpet, the refrigerator didn't work and made a loud noise. The bathtub was broken, the shower curtain had mold. Nobody wore professional clothing, the front desk prepares breakfast and wears flipflops, the breakfast is terrible

This is a terrible hotel and I'm shocked that Expedia would list it. I rely on Expedia to vet the hotels they list, hence was not aware that this would be a ghastly experience. I was put in a smoke-filled room that was filthy and had broken furniture. The residents across the hall from me were fighting and cursing in the hallway late into the night, banging on the walls and breaking things. It was extremely frightening. I asked for another room that hadn't been smoked in and would be safer and was told I couldn't move rooms. And they charged me $150 for that hellish experience! I pushed chairs against the door, which had a broken lock, and kept my phone in my hand all night in case I had to call the police. The hotel is clearly being used as a shelter and long-term stay situation for social services residents. It is not actually a hotel for vacationers and other travelers such as myself. Nightmare. I plan to report the place to the Better Business Bureau.

Never again staying at this location. Bathroom were rusty at the sink and shower, toilet didn't flush properly, beds with stains all over after they were changed and people complained about their rooms not being dome after keys were given to them and pool water looked milky. Got cookies?

When we first arrived at the hotel, the lobby looked clean and fantastic. We were greeted by staff and checked in quickly. When we got to our room, our room was 80 degrees, and there was someone else's clothes hung up in our closet. When we went into the bathroom, there was obvious water damage above the shower with holes from the damage over the shower head. There was also rust on the shower curtain bar. I also noticed that there was a floss pick next to our counter that was not ours. It appeared that the room was just thrown together for us without any care or effort. My boyfriend then asked if there was a Bible in the nightstands, as most hotels typically have them, and there was none. We then went to turn the TV on and couldn't find a TV guide for any of the channels. One of the nights, we went down to the pool, which appeared nice and warm, however when we got in, it was chilly, almost like it had been warmed, but not heated. We checked out the fitness room as well, and the TV in there was all static. When we went down for breakfast one of the mornings, I had gotten cereal with milk, and my boyfriend had gotten a cup of hot coffee. I went to take a bite of the cereal and noticed chunky milk on top of the cereal pieces, and my boyfriend found full coffee grounds in his coffee. When checking out, we went up to the desk, and there was no help to be found.
