The hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, and the room darkening blinds were fantastic.

Unable to go bc I have covid n sick daughter who’s been in hospital with covid. Expedia and hotel unwilling to care or change booking dates for me. After all the hotels I’ve booked with you !! Horrible service no one gave one drop of care that my family is in a scary health situation. Never again will I book with u or this hotel. I’m disgusted and will definitely be leaving reviews everywhere explaining this whole situation!!!

Our room on the 4th floor was by the road which was quite loud and accross from the college's dormatories and park with a pond that seems to be a party gathering place for loud students at 3:30 in the morning. Food at the bistro in the lobby was not great. Hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Room was decent and clean.

Property is clean and well maintained with accommodating staff. Make sure not to book a room facing the street as traffic noise is very loud during the night. Also, skip adding breakfast to your room in advance. The selection included is very limited and you are much better off getting something a la carte.

The bathroom Needed a good cleaning. Floor and baseboards were dirty with hair. Service for day did not refresh coffee supplies empty trash. The air conditioner made lots of loud noise !

Very friendly staff and extremely comfortable room. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. Next time I'd pass on the breakfast (which was just a breakfast sandwich and coffee and cost extra) but everything else was stellar.

Wonderful hotel. The only issue is the parking situation. You have to check in at the front desk to get your car out of the garage and I did that but the gate wouldn't open and there was no attendant in the booth so I had to pay to get my car out when it's supposed to be free for guests.
