I booked this hotel based on it having a pool. When we arrived we were informed the pool was out of order and has been out of order for awhile. It would of been nice to know this in advance.

The breakfast consisted of either toast, yogurt, waffle or an egg you can throw in the microwave. The room had ants everywhere. The bathroom ceiling had tiles that were hanging down like there was a leak at one point. None of the workers spoke English so we couldn’t even get another towel. The pillows were like little couch pillows with a pillow case. They were so uncomfortable. Not impressed at all.

Room was pleasantly large enough for all 6 of us… HOWEVER, most of the electrical sockets did not work, no lights other than main entrance and bathroom. Floors were dirty. Was ok to shower and sleep but otherwise it’s a no go. Sorry

Room was not the cleanest, damage all over the place. Area is sketchy at best. Got woken up in the middle of the night because the wall was shaking from the room next to us. Not recommended

Do not stay here unless you are from Philadelphia and looking for a place to smoke your crack, pictures are extremely misleading. Walking to our room and passing the room next door that was being cleaned, it was just lovely to see the pile of needles and the crack pipe that the housekeepers had swept into a nice pile. Upon entering our room, the floors were sticky and looked like they hadn’t seen a vacuum or a mop in quite some time. The pool looks like it hadn’t even been open for the season even though it was the beginning of August. Expedia should be ashamed putting this property out there for unsuspecting families or at the very least put a warning label in this hotels description.

We chose this particular hotel because of the pool for my daughter, just to have the pool closed and not a lot.of opportunities due to the horror con in the area. The room was okay with cleanliness but no wow factors. Beds reeally comfortable.

This is my third time staying at this location. The other previous times we did not have a problem. But this time the hotel was filthy. The walls were disgusting, the bathroom walls were dirty. The air went in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The fridge was gross. The couch was SO GROSS! With stains all on it. The sheets and blankets had stains. We stayed 4 days and only got our room cleaned once they never came again. We had a non-smoking room and the room next to us was chain smoking and smoking weed. Our entire room smelled like a big cigarette. We called to get air freshener and they never send it to us so we had to go buy some for ourselves. We will never stay here again. I highly don’t recommend. It’s very run down and the cleaning staff is extremely lazy. They don’t wipe the surfaces down or mop and clean the floor.

Room was not clean at all. In fact, needles were found and a pic was shown to the front desk. Gum was stuck to the bathroom wall, layer of dusk on coffee table along with stains and dirt on couch. You felt dirty just walking in. Not to mention, the lady at the front desk was not friendly at all. She refused to allow my kids use the bathroom while we were waiting to check in. There was an issue at check in, she refused to help and was called by the third party used to book and was asked to help solve the issue. Turns out, she had checked us in hours prior to arriving so it was a hassle for her. I
