Everything was nice! But wanted to mention that the bathroom door in Room #314 was difficult to slide, got stuck. Also the front door did not shut automatically...had to pull very hard.

Everything was good and as expected. Wish breakfast would begin earlier since we had sports competitions to get too. Asked if fruit or muffins could be available amd was told no. All staff were polite and kind.

We have spent a night a few times over the years. This stay cost twice as much as last. For the first two hours, housekeeping was bellowing in the halls. Usually I would be grateful they were taking their time cleaning, shower, our room looked like cleaning was something the hotel did not appreciate. My feet were filthy walking from the shower to the bed. Hair and dirt was everywhere. The carpet had a slimy feel. The bathroom was clean.

The carpets have stains in them, the bathroom door needs a body builder to slide it open, the shower sliding door would not remain closed while we showered & im not sure what they did to the old comfortable beds but these beds are hard! Very uncomfortable. Please update the rooms & carpets
