Great stay, great service!
As always, a great night's stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the room was immaculate. When we had a problem with the refrigerator the night manager went above and beyond to swap it out for a working one. Amazingly kind young man!

The website identifies a pool and fitness center but staff informed me they have been closed since 2020. Pictures of the pool are actually online so very disappointed. Feel like bait and switch bc I would have stayed elsewhere had I known. Room was musty and ac/heat unit so noisy it woke us every time it clicked on.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but the juice machine and pancake machine were not working, which was disappointing. The bathroom door scraped the floor, making it difficult to close. The security latch was also difficult to close. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room smelled stale and the AC unit wouldn’t stay on. The carpets were very dirty and the towels in the bathroom had dust on top of them, almost like the room had been sitting for a long time. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. If we were staying longer than a quick overnight stop I would have requested a new room.

Nice quiet area, the maintenance needs work. In our room the wallpaper is coming loose in the main room, the ice bucket had no cover and no sanitation bag, the refrigerator froze our bottles overnight. The bathroom badly needs help. The shower curtain rod is loose, the shower curtain was ripped, the towel rod was very loose, only 1 washcloth, the faucet was so far back you could not wash your hands, the back of the bathroom door was water damaged, wallpaper coming loose everywhere, and the toilet ran constantly. The breakfast was ok, the juice dispenser was broken, the pancake maker was broken as well.

Good geographical location to where we were visiting. Room smelled like cigarettes and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Tried to switch from 1 king bed to 2 queens but was told nothing was available. The shower had visible mold in it. To top it all off, the gym and pool were both closed for renovations.

It's fine.
For a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is a bit run down with a weird smell. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging on by half a screw and there was mold in the shower. Both the swimming pool and the fitness area were closed, so I had to get my walk in by just walking circles around the hotel since it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. But it was just for one night and the breakfast was free. It was better than some of the other hotels I've stayed at along this stretch, but I don't know that I would go there again.

Always clean, always comfortable
The room was very clean, but not really updated. The air conditioner didn't really cool the room off as it should have. But the beds and pillows were super comfortable as always.
