Upon checkin we were not told there would be no working room phone or refrigerator due to construction in the surrounding blocks. Our room also did NOT have a working deadbolt or latch. When trying to press the latch to the door, the door completely moved in the frame! Maintenance stated the entire door would need to be replaced. I had to go to the front desk three times for issues. The third time resulted in me reporting the unsafe door and asking for a manager because I felt I deserved a refund of some sort. I needed contact info and a percentage to be able to give to Travelocity. One front desk attendant had no clue and the other provided me with the manager’s card, but said I couldn’t speak to the manager and Travelocity would have to call.

It was okay until the last night that we saw mice in our room I was not happy about that. They moved us to the 6th floor but I was very shocked to have seen that. Had to throw my food away because I wasn’t sure if it got into my sons plate of food

My husband and I booked a stay here for two nights as we had two concerts to attend, one Friday and one Saturday. Instead of having to drive back and forth. Room was big and cozy, clean and well kept. There were some divets or something in the walls but I am guessing normal wear and tear. Requested extra towels and toothpaste from housekeeping and it was brought up quick. Wish room service was open later but there were options to eat late around. Only complaint I have is when I booked I paid for a room on the top floor which would’ve been the 6th floor but we were on the 5th. Overall I recommend.

Super nice staff!
Great place! I was really impressed because I'd requested a crib for an infant when I made the reservation, and when I got to my room there was a real crib, with sheets, set up and waiting for me! Not a pack n play with no sheets, but a real, proper crib all ready and waiting for us :) The front desk staff were always so kind, even gave a little teddy bear to my son when we checked out. The breakfast is restaurant style and pretty good, the people serving were great (decent espresso coffee always welcome). The location is good, not far from easy eateries, even if the many one way streets and no-U-turns makes a trip over the road to Starbucks quite the excursion.
