I stay in many hotels. This bed was so soft and uncomfortable. The bathroom was just ok. The shower head leaked all over. The tile floor did not look clean but it might be chips in the tile. I did not look closer. the service in the restaraunt was awful. They did not have enough help at all. We waited 10 minutes to be seated at 8:00 am . We waoted another 10 minutes to get coffe another 10 minutes to have our order taken. Our food came pretty quick and it was good. We waited another 20 minutes to get our check. They were so short handed. the waiter was very nice and polite just overwhelmed.

Upon checkin we were not told there would be no working room phone or refrigerator due to construction in the surrounding blocks. Our room also did NOT have a working deadbolt or latch. When trying to press the latch to the door, the door completely moved in the frame! Maintenance stated the entire door would need to be replaced. I had to go to the front desk three times for issues. The third time resulted in me reporting the unsafe door and asking for a manager because I felt I deserved a refund of some sort. I needed contact info and a percentage to be able to give to Travelocity. One front desk attendant had no clue and the other provided me with the manager’s card, but said I couldn’t speak to the manager and Travelocity would have to call.

For a not high end hotel, I was very impressed that they’re literally were no orders and the room and hallways were very clean. Everyone was very friendly. Very comfortable stay.

The room was great! My only issue was that I had issues with the wi-fi, although full disclosure: I did not bring these issues to the attention of the front desk, because I did not want to complain about it. Overall, a great experience!
