Our pullout couch, the sheets in that bed were so dirty. There was a couple bugs in there. Don’t know what they were. We called the front desk. They moved us. The lady that I spoke with was extremely rude and she was a manager. They contacted the GM I’ve not heard a word from him, and I was there tonight’s. This is not good customer service

My room had no ventilation and no phone. I was told once I complained that my room should not have been rented out because it was not up to standard because there were so many issues with the room. I was told by Danica that I would be getting a refund once I checked out and then was told that I needed to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I honestly would never stay there again
