Saved the day for my family!
This facility came in clutch for me and my family on a long road trip. We had to leave our previous hotel after walking in and checking the beds for bed bugs turned up bed bug stains. We ran out of there as fast as we could but had nowhere to go.
The kind woman on staff at the counter was extremely helpful and put us on the 3rd floor at my request even though it was 10 o clock at night and we believe the room to have been a bit of an upgrade from what we had hastily booked on the drive over. Her kindness was an extremely welcome and appreciated show of hospitality for us tired travelers.
The room was spotless and the AC worked well to cool it down quickly.
The Candlewood offered us a perfect night of sleep and all the amenities in the room we could have possibly needed. I can't say enough good about this hotel.
The only thing I'd change is the lack of offering for a Continental breakfast.
However, the friendliness, service, hospitality and terrific nights sleep were well worth the price of an admission and we would return for another stay in a heartbeat.
Thank you so much, I didn't catch her name but the woman who helped us check in is a gem and I hope management knows this and treats her accordingly.
