We had a great stay , the property was very lovely , Palm tree's were beautiful.. the staff were so friendly, very nice walking trail just across the road , walkable historical sites with ferry rides .. we will be back

This was my first time staying in Mt. Pleasant, which can be a very bustling area, but somehow this hotel felt like it was in it's own bubble which was nice after running around all day. It was fairly easy to park, check in went smooth, and the wifi was decent (though you did have to reconnect and enter the password from time to time). Oh, and the bathroom did not have a fan which meant the bathroom became very hot very quick anytime you took a shower. I would have no problem staying here again.

I have stayed there several times and that’s why I always return. On this visit, small roach was found in a bed and a larger roach was found in the bathroom.

We happened to be staying the same day as a group of kids, and it was very noisy with them running up and down the hallway after 11 pm. In addition, a group of adults who appeared to be their parents were drinking alcohol in the hall on the second floor after midnight. I was going to complain to the front desk, but the extension phone in the room was not working. Even though the cable was plugged in! So, I went to the front desk but no one was there. I made a call to the phone number but no response. I will never stay here again.

It was a good location. The breakfast was good. The first day someone salted the eggs too much! Slow on the replenish of items. The other two days were fine. Our room was on the 3rd floor. The humidity was high in our room and the curtains didn't close. We only had the seers to cover the window. At night it was a bit annoying the light coming in from the street lights, parking lot lights. .

Good comfortable hotel. We were given good advice by the reception staff, initially regarding travel back into the centre of Charleston where we were going for a tour - the gentleman kindly advised that we were much better off driving in, as there were a number of car parks available in the vicinity, rather than using public transport, and secondly with food ideas. We went to Shem Creek which was lovely and ate at Saltwater Cowboys which was fantastic!
