Lady at the front desk was very rude. Not one to normally leave a review but she had an attitude with EVERY single PAYING customer that walked in. Everybody attending a wedding was told by holiday inn that we could check in early since check in and wedding were both 3 o clock. Got there and was greeted by “everyone got wrong information and to use the bathrooms to get dressed for the wedding” basically deal with it. Gentleman behind me was told to leave the property because he was obviously upset because they had driven 3 hours expecting to be able to check in. Hotel and everything was great, the people….not so much. I’m an IHG member and will never return to that location.

Comfortable Stop Over on the Road to Home
Seems to be a newer hotel and rooms were spacious and comfortable albeit the bathroom was a little small. It did have a nice size shower. The restaurant inside the hotel was convenient and had very tasty food if you didn't feel like getting out. Great service in the restaurant as well.

Liked staff and location close to casino. Close to amenities stores etc. Air conditioning system was loud and made it hard to sleep. Parked at furniture store lot. Didn't get towed but warning on all the spaces. Maybe work it out with store so you don't have to worry about getting towed.

Well with hurricane Milton coming in I didn’t want to leave my vehicle at port (like originally planned). I called the hotel and they didn’t offer shuttle service nor let me leave my vehicle there for a week! The manager wouldn’t refund my money!?!? I find it really bad customer service that they wouldn’t refund my money since the weather is out of my control!!! Very bad customer service!!
