The hotel is older, so could use some updating. The Thai restaurant next door was excellent. The room we stayed in was dusty and a few tiny bugs in the bathtub, like it wasn't used for awhile. Loved the hot tub in the room and the round bed. The bed was soft and comfy. The room was quiet and felt safe in the area. The breakfast is just some breakfast bars; nothing sustainable.

DIRTY ROOMS/ LAZY CLEANING STAFF
When we got there to check in at 3 PM on Saturday there were no NON-SMOKING downstairs room that were clean. We told the lady that we'd be back later. There were still none available when we returned about 8 PM, then was told, that the cleaning crew didn't want to clean any more rooms. My husband and I both had knee replacement and stairs are hard, especially the stairs here. The carpet was nasty, the coffee pot had old coffee pods left in it, and the toilet leaked when flushed. We had to leave due to an emergency back home, and then was told, we'd probably NOT get a refund for Sunday Night. I do not find any of this good customer service by any means.

Check in was easy..clerk friendly..room was decently comfortable..could have cleaned it better ..found some hair on bathroom counter n all over floor..i always carry lysol spray n wipes.so cleaned it up..ac worked great.no coffee pot..we had brought our own just in case..did have fridge n microwave...all in all good stay abd felt safe..

Teresa was so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping came by in between which I really appreciated. Super quiet, well maintained and convenient access. It's an older facility with updated, modern amenities. My husband loved the room's ice cold AC!

It's been 30 years since I stayed at this property. I expected it to be worn in and it was but clean. My two negatives were out of 3 lights in the room, only 1 had a bulb. Also when I showered the tub filled with water.

Below expectations
The Hotel was showing many signs of age. The condition of the room was not that good. Not just out of date, but damage to the walls, the toilet rocked back and forth and the room smelled musty. The air conditioner was dirty.

I wanted to say thank you to the gentleman working the nite shift. I requested a wake up call for 5:00am. The inside room did not work for him to ring it, so he actually took the time to personally walk to my room to knock on the door to make sure I was up. Good customer service to me. I certainly appreciated that.
