The lady was very nice and friendly, the rooms were spotless and extremely clean I gave a four star because the beds and pillows were rock hard but other then that a great hotel

Poor facilities management. First room had heat, no tv. Nice young man assigned 2nd room: tv worked, zero heat. 3rd room had to and some heat since it was late and tired of moving luggage around. Gave up and settled on 3rd room which had tv and some heat. Would not recommend unless you’re desperate.

The place was very dirty, my daughter didn’t have socks on and her feet were black within minutes. Husband asked for extra pillows and was unable to get any. We were provided one each.

The area and patrons were quite seedy. The plumbing in the room was broken and my husband had the shower go out on him completely. I called down and there was little concern over the fact the shower just stopped flowing. Peoples dogs were crapping all over and the people didn’t pick it up. Police arrived right after we checked in.
