Prepare yourselves - Once you visit The Inn at Shasta Lake, you'll never want to leave! This extremely rare and serene hidden gem is tucked into the picturesque mountains of Shasta Lake. The Inn at Shasta Lake is a true bed and breakfast experience, with the oversized well-designed for comfort rooms affording guests with the opportunity to kick up their feet in style and comfort. Complimenting this already high-quality stay are a manager, and staff, who go the extra mile to ensure you're truly enjoying your stay. You'll be sure to get a very warm and friendly greeting, followed by a top-notch experience of Indian food cooked to order for dinner, and a declious menu to choose from for your complimentary breakfast. I'm personally a huge sucker for exceptional customer service. Its a rare commodity to have anymore in a business. I cannot say enough good things about the level of customer service we received during our stay. We will definitely be back to enjoy this full-service and all-around fabulous experience at The Inn at Shasta Lake!

This is a gem of a place to stay. Right off the freeway in Shasta but feel like you’re in the middle of a beautiful sanctuary . The level of detail and consideration for your stay is unmatched . Very nice professional staff. Give it a try

Great place to stay if you’re traveling with pets, rooms are nice and the grounds are great for walking your dog. The staff was great too, especially Max, he was very friendly and communicative. They also served dinner which was so convenient, it was a small menu with some Indian food options, we had the butter chicken and it was delish! Would definitely stay again!

Large Soaking Tub was relaxing

We stayed the night here because it was about half way home from Sacramento for Christmas. We enjoyed relaxing in the large soaking tub after our drive. The bed was very comfortable.The room was spacious and easy to adjust the temperature and included a nice gas fireplace. The included breakfast was made on-site, delivered to the room and was very tasty. We will be sure to stay here again on our next trip to Sacramento.

Lovely place, but it's the service that makes this place stellar. Although conveniently just off the freeway, we didn't hear any traffic. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The bed linens had a silky feel, and the shower was HUGE. Communication was excellent. When we arrived, we were escorted to our room and offered help bringing our belongings from the car. The subject of dinner came up, and it turned out the hotel was experimenting with offering dinner for an extra charge. We were so relieved not to have to get back in the car to get dinner or to eat Thanksgiving leftovers we'd brought. We were offered the choice of butter chicken or butter paneer, so we ordered one of each, which was great. The entrees were delicious and not overly spicy. They were accompanied by basmati rice and naan. We filled out an order for the next day's breakfast, which was included in the price of the room. My husband ordered the quiche, and I ordered the French toast "muffin," a cross between French toast and bread pudding. Each entree came with a potato/veggie saute. Also available to order were beverages and breads. I'm sure I have forgotten something, but we had more food than we could consume both at dinner and breakfast. Oh, and we had the choice at each meal of eating at a table in our room or the lounge. Max was very patient with us when we got lost getting there and also when my husband left his Fitbit behind, even with the bother of sending it to us. Highly recommend!!!

It's very easily accessed from I-5 yet quite secluded, surrounded by forest. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The common room/breakfast area atmosphere feels a bit like UK. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They have everything planned and sorted out to perfection. You can have your breakfast delivered to your room with all the trimmings packed. We will definitely come back and have already recommended it to our friends. Sorry we could only stay one night on our way from Montana to LA but it's a great place for a longer stay.
