Limited parking, noisy parking lot. We reserved 2 rooms and when we arrived they were not ready. They were booked solid and we had to take 2 rooms on different floors. My 88 year old uncle was 3 floors away from us. He should have been next to us

We had requested early check.in as we were attending a wedding, told they could accommodate this for an additional $50.00 We agreeded, so arrived at the appointed time, and they had no record of this, no room available, no sense of urgency even when I explained the situation, so I ended up getting ready for a wedding in a public restroom.

Deceptive advertising by the hotel. They reportedly had free charging. Only one of the chargers worked and several clients wanted to use the one charger. The charger was not free for hotel users.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had one of the kitchenette units as I have food allergies, and it was stocked with everything I needed. My husband appreciated the continental breakfast downstairs, and we both appreciated 24-7 coffee that was available downstairs as well. The room was very large and spacious, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was bright and modern. The bed was comfortable, and we liked having two TV screens to watch different Olympic events on. :) We never used the pool or fitness facility, so I can't say anything about that. A maintenance worker was so kind to help us with our luggage on the last day. It was a really great stay!

Expectations
Normally I don't leave much comments in these websites, especially negative comments as I appreciate how hard people are working. However, since there was an overrated review for this hotel i.e. 9/10 just wanted to help others manage their expectations, so they wouldn't have the same disappointment that we had. Yes, brand new building but short staffed and not-well equipped e.g. no towel was available at the pool. Our room was a double queen beds room and was very small. Overall still a positive experience but still suggest lower your expectations.

The virtual check in helped us tremendously, as we arrived later than expected (11pm). The check in was speedy and the receptionist was helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and A/C worked well. Would stay here again.
