They stay was good, very friendly. Was a little upset because I thought the shower didn’t work but there is actually a trick turning it on but overall very good.

Hotel is very old. Elevator for rooms and stairs are on the opposite end of front desk. Check was okay but did not like the live kiosk. For the cost of the room and style of room the cost should be alot cheaper. Choice hotel brand is really needing to step up their game. Tank on toilet very loose almost ready to fall off. Curtains on windows have holes and there was visible handprints on the headboard. But sheets were ckean

the hotel was dirty and not at all what was represented in pictures we we’re not greeted at all when we walked in and then they wanted us to use a machine to talk to someone TERRIBLE CUSTOMER Service WE DID NOT STAY in this horrible nasty dirty smelly grungy place that needs to be demolished in my opinion!!!!!!!

I did not like the check in/out process using a person in a remote location over a Kiosk. It was difficult to communicate and the volume was annoyingly loud.

It started with the video kiosk for entry and service went downhill from there Food almost nonexistent for breakfast while 2 people just sat at the desk. Garbage was overflowing in the bins as well. For what it’s worth the rooms were actually ok

Not the QUALITY I expected
My tv was not working properly and it was very small. It was replaced with a working tv. At breakfast, the milk was warm and tasted a bit sour….I asked an employee if he could put fresh milk in the pitcher, he did not refill the pitcher of milk by the time I finished my breakfast which was about 15 minutes. At the front desk is a monitor for remote check in…. while I was checking in someone was checking in remotely. The audio on the monitor was too loud and too close the face to face check in. The entry at the back if the hotel did not lock when the door closed…anyone could have entered the hotel without a key. If I were to stay in Mt. Vernon again, I would choose a different hotel.
