"Amazing scenery! The home was represented well on the listing. The home was clean and very spacious. I was grateful that the kitchen was so well stocked with utensils and cookware. We made great use of them. We would definitely stay here again❤️"

"Wonderful location, beautiful views across the lake. House was very clean, downstairs shower had two shower heads, no shortage of hot water when all showers were used. We brought two boats and 8 people show up (one couple and 6 singles). Everything was very comfortable, Wi-Fi worked great, nice apple orchard down the road that also sells fire wood ($60 for pickup load). We parked two trucks with trailers and 5 other cars across the street and in the driveway. It’s a dead end road with basically no traffic but otherwise one lane with different pull off areas. Had great communication with host before our stay and would highly recommend! Will return! "

"The inside of the house was ideal for our family vacation. We were disappointed to learn swimming would require us to go to a different location. Turned out not to be an issue due to the unseasonably cool and wet weather which of course no one controls. Overall we enjoyed our stay"

"The ad said the camper was nearly new, which it was not. We had a time to meet Jake, but he came and left early so we didn't get an intro. It was okay cleanliness wise, except the refrigerator was gross, and the shower curtain had dead bugs wrapped up in it. The cabinets were all very full, so we didn't have any place to put our food without moving stuff around. Then we had ants. The bed was very comfortable. We slept great. This is what we wanted it for, so wasn't disappointed in that. We used the camper for a family reunion, not a campground, and didn't want a "rustic, campy" experience. If we'd known just how small it was, and how far from nearly new it was, we might not have chosen it. However, it was still the best option for us. Overall, I would recommend it again. Just know what you are getting. And make sure that Jake has it all cleaned before you accept it."

"Charming lakefront home, immaculately clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. A big plus was the fact that the homeowners supplied all the towels and linens. You could literally unpack your suitcase and enjoy the wonderful views off the large waterfront deck. Sunsets were amazing!! There were plenty of outdoor seating spaces to enjoy the property and the lovely landscaping. We are boaters, so having the easily accessible dock for our boat was great. As MM Lake is one of the cleanest lakes in NH, swimming was fabulous! We enjoyed every minute of our vacation!!"
