Bathrooms are too small and right next to the bed, shower and bathroom separated from the sink , that means when you leave the bathroom you touch the door and the door knobs before you wash your hands, in the lobby coffee station is too small there is always a line to get a coffee, rooms are not sound insulated you can hear baby crying from down the whole way

Overall it was great. Just need an update, seems a little bit old. We stayed at the second floor a little bit of humidity (smell). The staff member at the check in (sorry forgot his name) was awesome.

Room was clean and tidy when we arrived. Only small thing is the room did have a damp like smell to it but nothing that was concerning. I was surprised by the weekend breakfast as it included: waffles, eggs, yogurt, and fruit in addition to the standard bagels and muffins. The location is great as it’s right off of Rt 30, making it easy to get to where you need to go. It’s also located right by Field of Screams and Scoops so there’s things to do in either a few minute drive or walking distance

So the stay itself was fine. Nice location and staff was friendly. At check out we had to leave very early for a tournament. Found a bed bug on the top of the bed in room 305 and left it on a tissue(dead) and messaged property. Obviously that’s a concern

The only thing i liked about it was the pool area. It was the smallest bathroom ever. No place to lay anything. The ceiling had cob webs hanging down. The window seal was filthy. Didnt have milk or apple juice to drink for breakfast. The milk was in a small pitcher. You could write your name in the dust on the furniture. Never stay at another one again.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The inside does not reflect the outside. The furniture in the room looked aged and well used. We asked to switch rooms after our first of three nights because the mattress was way too soft and the second room was not better. Adding a padded mattress cover does not make it more comfortable.
