"We had a few nights in " Bumble Cottage " ... and it was perfect. The location within the pine forest was fabulous .. and we enjoyed walking the footpaths in the mornings. Was also located very close to Holt town centre , so very convenient ... the " Poppy Line " was also near by , so indulged in a nostalgic Steam Train Ride out to Sheringham ... great fun :-) The property was clean and comfortable , and had everything you need when staying away . It was perfect , and we had a great stay "

"Superbly positioned little property. Essentials (pub, shop, Cookies crab shop, church with art exhibition(!)) all within easy walking distance. Well equipped within the property. Supremely quiet with proper dark night skies. Had a small problem with the smoke alarm but that got sorted very quickly. Recommended."

The host is readily available if you have a problem/question and acts swiftly to any request. Due to its location you have the luxury of being able to access all the coastal resorts, Cromer, Sheringham, Wells etc , along one coastal road."

Though we had a slight problem with the central heating pilot light light cutting out we were able to cope with it with the aid of the instruction sheet provided, and were able to report it direct to the owner. Kelling Heath itself is a great place to stay, with lots of walks and wildlife. Recommended!"
