Furchtbar!
Unfreundliche Mitarbeiter, die unsere Reisepässe einbehalten wollten, einer der Mitarbeiter hat meine Freundin belästigt, indem er sie angefasst hat, nachdem er unsere Koffer aufs Zimmer gebracht hat, schmutziges Zimmer (Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und Haare überall), Gestank, Treppenhaus nicht verschlossen - fühlten uns nicht sicher, sind direkt wieder rückwärts rausgegangen,bekamen leider kein Feedback auf unsere Beschwerden und auch kein Geld für die 4 gebuchten Nächte zurück. Lage ist ok.
