There are a mixture of renovated rooms and older rooms. The newer rooms are obviously nicer. They really could do with new towels as they weren’t nice and newer ironing boards. Overall very convenient for the purpose of our stay.

The room we got was terrible. Noisy old AC, Bathroom outdated and dirty. Good location though. we checked out after 3 days and stayed at Hilton which was just superb. You get what you pay at this hotel.

Great service, clean, good dining options onsite, great breakfast buffet, daily housekeeping was excellent (except the one day someone tried to clean at 7:30am - scared me as I was not dressed, but luckily had the door latched. My fault for not indicating “Do not disturb” but that’s still too early for housekeeping). Great shopping and dining nearby. Staff is excellent. Highly recommend. Only 4 stars for staff/service because of the one snafu with housekeeping.

Hotel Parle International was the best!
The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Great service overall making the stay very enjoyable! Special mention: Sachin at the front desk, Anthony in the breakfast area, Hritika in Housekeeping, Mithun in room service were awesome!!!!

Parle International Hotel, is the best hotel for short and long term stay. Clean rooms, great wifi, quality service and a complimentary breakfast (buffet) make it one of the best choices. This coupled with proximity to the airport is a big bonus. Staff were very helpful and offered us fabulous service. We really enjoyed our week long stay and were highly impressed with the facilities this Hotel offers. We have already rebooked our next visit. We would like to thank the reception, buffet service, room service and the concierge team for making our stay awesome and giving us the best experience. We are returning soon. Bye for now. Mohan 😊👋

Staff are courteous. Coffee shop staff need waiting training. Plenty of staff but only one person works, a young petite girl..The trainees are wall plaques. The sparky checks the plug and tells me it needs to be changed, not done. The fire alarm kept going off for 4 days at intervals call reception. I am told its testing. Call again, am told they will enquire and let me know, never heard. Its a question of crying wolf. Bottom line i dont recommend and would not stay there againll plaques. Ask for something and it takes ages. Ask for a knife to butter toast and none to be found, they have to go to the banqueting hall to find a knife. Food is catered to local population, everything is too spicey, they could reduce the chillies. The room. Water leaking from basin, call the plumber, he calls the roomboy to wipe the floor, not fixed. Call the electrician as plug sockets no working

Overall it was a good stay. Ideal location as near to the airport. The room cleanliness was okay. The bathroom wasn't very clean with stains and limescale in the shower walls and floor was unclean. At the restaurant within the hotel - We ordered food from the restaurant by the the reception and food was overly priced and service was extremely slow. We enquired multiple times on how long the wait for the food would be and they repeatedly said soon. After waiting 30mins they came back to say one of the dishes we ordered was not available to order?? Poor service

The hotel itself is clean and well mantained, helpful staff. We could hear train noise and vehicle horn sound in early morning and evenings in our room. We stayed for 4 days and wanted a place very close to the market so picked this hotel and overlooked the noise aspect. Also lots of construction going on in the hotel.
