A wonderful small 4 start hotel. Ideal for business trips. Good reasonable breakfast spread and good restaurant for dining. staff is very helpful and pleasant. Location is very good not too far from airport and central for shopping around Juhu with number of famous designers in the vicinity.

Housekeeping was amazing, very hardworking and hospitable staff cleaning and dining staff. Some of the front desk staff were not as helpful as others. The location of the hotel itself is in a poor quality area, Hyatt as a company should look to invest more into this location. The best part was the housekeeping and dining staff

The staff at the property were amazing they did everything that they possibly could to make our stay at the Hyatt centric an enjoyable experience. One of the standout staff members was the young man who was attending to our room cleaning house s name was Yorgendra he did an excellent job

Our stay was amazing . Everything at the hotel matched our expectations. The check in was quick and smooth The food was great - the food and beverage manager Mr Singh was very good humble and professional. All the staff were super great Renuka + Tejal very amazing- keep it up The Bar man - Shaun was extremely great. Keep up the good work Shaun .
