Friendly Staff, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. We found food on the floors from previous guests, hair in the shower, and stains on the sheets. Arriving late at night, we were too tired to address the issues with management, but it was disheartening. The hotel also feels outdated, which added to the overall lackluster experience. It’s not the fault of the hotel but the business behind the hotel had security alarms which went off for hours on end making sleep impossible. While the staff were fantastic, more attention to cleanliness and updates are needed to improve the stay.

Nice hotel for what we needed!
Our stay was an over night stop on our way to visit family. It was our sons' first stays in a hotel and they had a blast. My only complaint was that the room could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. The bathroom had some hair left in the shower, easily wiped out, and the ceiling had some built up dirt moisture spots. It just needs a good ceiling wipe down. Also the room could have had a more thorough vacuum. Nothing major, we still enjoyed ourselves. Breakfast in the morning was nice.

We requested a bar by the tub to get in & out easier manager said there wasn’t one but when we got in the room there was. Pull down the covers & the was poop on the sheet. Went down & asked them to change it she handed me the sheets so I said do I get a discount for doing your job. She said she’ll be up in a minute she came & I helped her change the sheets. Breakfast is 6:30-9:30 we went down 8:40 there was no food. No bacon,sausage , eggs, no cinnamon rolls, there was 2 biscuits & the gravy had a crust all around the top had not been stir for awhile. We ended up going out somewhere. Also the hair dryer didn’t work. Would not recommend this hotel.

The people was friendly, the place was clean , the breakfast was amazing such a great selection. The night clerk was such a sweet and kind lady. One of the better hotels we have stayed at. 5 stars plus!

My first room, rm 216 was great but the tv didn't work so I was moved to 306. This room had badly stained carpet, peeling wallpaper likely due to water and black mold on the bathroom wall. The drawer kept opening on the tv console. Other than that, the lobby, breakfast, hallways were nice.

Check in was a mess. Plumbing issue with first room, bad smoke smell in second room and room we stayed in finally had stains everywhere on the floor and got your socks dirty. Some of the staff was really nice (like Miranda and the breakfast lady) which helped to make our stay better..
