Room was not good. We were in Munich for one night so it was ok, but wouldn't stay at this hotel for longer trips. Staff was excellent. Very accommodating. Offered to make fresh gluten free bread in the morning. Staff was very nice and made the stay even if the room was not the best to stay in.

Small but clean room. Lack of service.
Small, but clean room and bathroom. No showergel at day 1 and 2 but after leaving the empty container in the zink it was finally changed. Service: one morning very loud music from the kitchen could be heard in the breakfast room and when we asked if volume could be lowered or if the door could be closed the answer where that they would ask…so thinking more on the staff than guests. When checking out I had to wait for the receptionist finishing her conversation with her colleague about there tax situation…but after that she was very helpful.

the date was booked in error to help a friend's uncle who did not speak german nor english much and was in there a few weeks ago. The link sent to me had altered the date, and I wrote to expedia and the hotel to explain the error and had no response. They had stayed one night and wanted another. Within 2 hours I wrote and asked for a change of date and explained the date had moved to october when sharing a link. Such a shame neither hotel nor expedia able to assist as normally so good. This was to help a friend's uncle and a human conversation would have helped.

The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Our room was large and well laid out in addition to very clean and comfortable. It was great to be a 5 minute walk from the Central Train Station for a 5am train departure.

If you’re looking to go to Oktoberfest and want a simple place to stay, this is everything that you need. It was close to the train station and other public transportation, also very walkable to other sights.

Not only did the house cleaning not clean anything but our personal items were gone through and stolen. Over $1,000 in cash and new bose headphones. Location was nice but that is the only redeeming quality of this property. Traveled all over the world and never had my own room robbed.. absolutly unacceptable

About 20 mins walk from the station. Walking distrance ot all major sites in Munich old town. Spacious room as we booked a suite. Property is not well maintained, and is dusty. Room is functional, ok for overnight stay. Checked-in counter is located in a small corner on L2. Overall feel is like a dorm/motel. Not worth the price paid, maybe this is Munich!

Really wonderful value for your money! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and have no complaints. Good location, good price, delicious breakfast. Walkable to most of Munich’s sights. I stayed in a twin bed room, so this was perfect for a solo traveler. Thank you!!

This location has many hotels, several good Middle Eastern restaurants, and 3 strip clubs. It is 2 blocks to the train station and a 15 minute walk to Marienplatz.

Property is closed to central train station but be cautious with surrounding area. Hotel is dated and needs some updating/ renovation. Stench in the bathroom is a concern. Hotel Staff are professional in dealing with guests and buffet breakfast is okay. Stayed for 5 days including a day extension just for convenience with busy excursion schedules. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is dated and walking distance from the central station but be cautious with the surrounding area. The room is small and the bathroom smells with no towels when I checked in have to asked desk staff for it. Windows were kept open I guess a trick to reduce/eliminate smell in the room. Booked a king sized bed was given a double bed and moved to a different room for a day extension despite requesting to stay in my room to compensate for not providing the right booking. I requested for my room to be cleaned the following day especially the bathroom was flooded with water after taking a shower but was not done. There’s few options for breakfast but good enough for me. The staff are polite/ helpful and professional. Kiyana (not sure about her name) daytime receptionist was very helpful. Overall unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel. Hotel needs updating.

The hotel itself was just fine. Mainly it was nice and clean, staff were friendly and I felt safe in the hotel. The room was easy to hear outside noise and people in the hallway. The area coming to the hotel from the train station was sketchy. We basically walked through the red light district/ adult entertainment area to get to the hotel. We were able to find an alternative route the following day. The breakfast was good and it was clean!
