Very nice small hotel
Very good location, good staff in all capacities, breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable. We chose the Standard room to save money, but would choose a larger room next time. We recommend this hotel. Have fun!

The hotel was very quiet most of the time, except for breakfast was lively. The staff that we met were very kind, the maid was very friendly! There was a good breakfast selection and they offered champagne at breakfast and mulled wine during Christmas season in the afternoons. The room was a little tight but very clean, fresh and updated. The walk to the Christmas markets and main old town areas was reasonable and we found street parking close by.

We had a great stay. The location was excellent and very convenient to old town Munich and the Christmas markets. The breakfast was very good. Parking was very convenient, The service offered, particularly by Dominic was incredible.

This is perfect location if you're visiting Marienplatz. Close to everything. Breakfast was one of best Ive had in a hotel. Great value.

KEEP AWAY!!!
Paid 185 euro for 1 night in business trip. The room that they offered was a tiny room on top floor that u had to walk through stairs to reach. Furniture was really bad and the feeling was like a time travel, I believe that those rooms was sealed since 1980. The room was really noisy and could not understand the reason as it was on top floor. Keep in mind that I am a Gold Member of Expedia and I travel a lot . The personnel was really rude and didn’t accept to change rooms even if we ask to pay more money for that . Next day we had a chat with the manager and was even more rude and annoyed. It doesn’t even worth it to give more details. KEEP OUT OF THAT PLACE!!!!! Doesn’t fulfils even the standards .

We really enjoyed and recommend! Super convenient location, clean and safe. The breakfast was lovely. Staff is great. We were traveling internationally and Dominic was exceptionally helpful with arranging the rooms. We loved it and will stay again next time we visit Munich.

Super hot (but tiny) shower and lovely breakfast were highlights. Staff was unresponsive to requests and concerns such as inability to control heat. Direction to cool stifling hot room was to open our ground floor window.

Breakfast was great - staff was very friendly and professional- the rooms are very small but clean. Area is lovely and just a few minutes to Marienplatz without all of the lights and noise. Even the website was super helpful for how to get to the hotel from the airport. Perfect location for our stay in Munich.
