Mold in shower, elevated bathtub was hazardous to step out of, and poor plumbing caused horrendous smell when the sink was ran. Despite the conditions, the staff was very accommodating.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking a bit with some obvious grime still present in the shower and floor tiles . The bathroom seemed outdated with tub instead of a shower.

The bed was not comfortable, we had to open the window as it was too hot (in january), unfortunately it was very noisy outside we didn't sleep well. The shower head was on a wall facing outside the bath which meant the floor got wet if you weren't careful. Apart from that it was clean and in a good location close to the city centre. The staff were nice.

The location is quite good - near the main train station and attractions. We really enjoyed Martina at the front desk - she was amazing and so wonderful with our girls!

Overall we enjoyed our stay - close to the station and easy to get to and get around from. Only issue we faced was that our safe didn’t work in our room and after we told staff, it never was repaired across the 3 nights we were there.
