The property itself was excellent! However, the housekeeper left a room not clean. He/she left a cover on the floor. I had a picture how it was.

Nice room, nice bar, nice breakfast.... What's not to like. 30 minutes easy walk to the festival too if you fancy it. Or get the tram which is a short walk away.

Very comfortable.
Found the professional wait staff and front desk extremely thoughtful and helpful. It was a comfortable hotel and close to Munich HBF and tourist attraction. Would stay there again.
