The hotel is slightly far out of the central Munich area in a quiet suburban apartment district. The room was perfectly fine for one night, even if the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The condition of the room could be improved - basic furnishings, some damage to the walls, hastily repaired. Would not have enjoyed for a second night.

Overpriced breakfast
The room itself was alright but it was not clear that breakfast was not actually included. They mentioned the time for breakfast but not the price (18 eur per person) and asked for our room number when we entered the dining area but no mention of the price at that point either. The breakfast was extremely overpriced for what it was and the price only became apparently as a surprise during check out. The fine print regarding this on their page on hotels.com that is easy to miss.

Absolutely great stay - will recommend as single female traveler. Very close to public transport. A/C worked well. Loved the new bathroom. Only hair-dryer could have been a little more reliant & powerful.

Curtains do not close properly, letting lots of light in. Bring an eye mask. No cold running water in sink, just scolding hot water. Incentive to not have your room cleaned not honoured.

Great stay, could use a few improvements.
Pros: Very friendly staff! Room was clean and very convenient location being next to the U6 line. Cons: Breakfast is ~18 euro per day. It was not clear when ordering the room. I asked for a Queen bed which ended up being two twin beds placed together. Leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle.

The K KHotel, Harras, was an ideal place to stay, being only 4stops away from Munich centre on that subway, meant I could have some tranquil time outside beautiful Munich city and be only 15 mins away when visiting. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly,and hotel was very clean(great breakfast to start your day, worthwhile). I had a very pleasant stay
