The location was great. Lufthansa airport shuttle just right outside the hotel entrance. Tour meet up at the next 2nd corner. Oriental restaurants are nearby & so are dm & muller. Marienplatz is a comfortable walk. Staffs are friendly. Eveeything was clean.

The staff were very nice but the bar was permanently closed and the vending machine had very little choice. My shower was permanently cold and never heated up and the gas heating made a sporadic dripping like sound at the most unsuitable times like 4 am

Central location close to plenty of attractions. The room was a fsmily room and was huge and at the top of the building with great views. Breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Very easy to get to and area seemed good. Right next to station so very easy and good to get food if we needed to. My only issue with this hotel was the lack of bothering when something wasn’t right with the room. Our tv and phone was broke and when someone came to check it they said we had to let front desk know again in the morning. Very faffy- never got fixed. Disappointing really.nobody was really bothered. Also our bathroom obviously had a drain smell issue. Again nothing sorted on our stay.

Cozy comfy place
Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Could hear the trains but not too loud. The airport shuttle picking up right outside is a big plus! The door locks need reworking; at least for me, it took me 5-10 minutes to get in the room each time. The first time, I had to have someone come do it for me.

Central location within walking distance to all tourist sites in town, but property is a bit tired and dated. Room was clean, but wall lights for desk and bed were broken with bendy parts exposing cables even though reported, bed ones weren’t replaced or fixed.
