The elevator makes a horrible uneasy sound going up or down. And is not clean. When you turn the heat on in my room just kept making the room smell horrible. It usually goes away in about 20 min we went to dinner came back and it still smelled. They make you sign a paper of rules to fallow. Yet they don’t I give it! Kids running through the halls up after 10! Definitely a disappointment. Gave me a headache and then when I got to sleep the kids running up and down the halls woke me up twice I couldn’t stay!

First of all O called for an early check in it was geanted for 1-2 Awesome got there 2:30. Waited for my husband because I had wrong card for incidentals 10 mins. He comes she gives key to room 307 I opened room someone else's room I ho back downstairs to desk looks at me and say something wrong. I tell her she automatically gets on radio. Gives me ieys to 312 okay. I get in last night at midnight my husband calls for late checkout for 1 granted at 10 am someone bang8ng on door yelling housekeeping my husband says late checkout. But th3 problem I have even if we didn't have a late checkout why would anyone be banging on door checkout is 11am. Then she comes back after 46 mins when I opened door sge said sorry sorry again
