Hampton Inn disappointing
I am not hard on hotels but when I get there the first night and see a dried moth on the wall, my sheets were stained and I killed some bugs crawling by my bed that is not a good start. I tried to remove the moth, advised the front desk about the sheets and bugs. They changed the sheets, never came to remove the dead moth or did a thing about the bugs. I had to be there 5 days so I was like ok. Next day my mother goes to make her coffee in the room and behold another bug in her coffee. I told someone else at the frint desk and she seemed so concerned and said someone would talk to me...never happened. It is sad when I pay for a room for 5 nights, have the ussues I had and no one addressed it as I was advised they would. I will be filing a complaint . It is sad because I had a lot of family that I had book over the Thanksgiving weekend so yes we spent a nice amount of money, but after this episode when we do decide to meet up for the next family affair, it will not be with a Hampton Inn. Very disappointed, but thanks to the one hiusekeeper who came and changed the stained sheets she was quick and efficient.

The only rooms cleaned were on the first floor when I checked in. I was told if I wanted a room on a higher floor it would be about an hour wait and I was offered to be called or I could wait in the dining area. I choose to wait in the dining area. When I did get to my room I always check the room first before settling in. I noticed the mirror on the closet door in my room was cracked. I called the front desk to inform them and so I wouldn't get charged for it. Also, my pillow cases were dirty. I called down to the front desk again to have housekeeping come change them. I waited at least an hour. Then walked downstairs to the front desk and told them no one from housekeeping has come to change my pillow cases. The lady at the front desk saw housekeeping walking by and told the housekeeper to give me clean pillow cases, which she did. Then before checking out I always double check the room to make sure I didn't leave anything. I flipped over the comforter and saw what looked to be semen stains. I was so grossed out to think I slept under the comforter! I love Hilton properties, but this location was a disappointment!

It was a nice stay. My only complaint is the mattress. Fairly hard -- I didn't sleep well. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom was very clean, however the plug for the bathtub drain was broken.

The elevator makes a horrible uneasy sound going up or down. And is not clean. When you turn the heat on in my room just kept making the room smell horrible. It usually goes away in about 20 min we went to dinner came back and it still smelled. They make you sign a paper of rules to fallow. Yet they don’t I give it! Kids running through the halls up after 10! Definitely a disappointment. Gave me a headache and then when I got to sleep the kids running up and down the halls woke me up twice I couldn’t stay!
