A good four star hotel
An early check in was helpful. A very nice open plan foyer. Spacious. Hotel close to a Lidl and Burger king. An extra walk will take you to a McDonald's and a Carrefour. Nearer still is a Mercado a supermarket. Nearby restaurant does a very good menu del dia. On seventh floor. The two lifts were quick and efficient. A nice touch is to have the internal key card slot illuminated so that as you enter you don't have any difficulty locating it to switch on lights etc Nice to have a window that extends the whole wall. Bright. Good view. It makes a room open up and lifts the spirits. Many hotels have subdued lighting; not so here. Comfortable chair. Decent wardrobe space. Very clean. A table with a drawer. A lot of four star hotels are reducing this aspect. Comfortable bed. Nice overhead shower. Not quite sure why the hotel opted for a plastic shower floor? The safe is fiddly to work. Powerful air conditioning that works well. Overall, a good four star level room and hotel.

Wonderful Hotel
We arrived in Murcia right at the start of the COVID-19 scare. The Spanish government just enabled a lock down on restaurants, shopping and tourist locations. We cut our holiday short in order to return home. We ended up being the last people in the hotel. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. They prepared us a breakfast when checked out at 2:00 am. I thank them for their understanding and concern. This is a very nice hotel and we will definitely stay again when we next return to Murcia.

Great hotel, can’t think of anything bad. My only complaint would be that they put all the guests beside eachother when the hotel is empty.

Hotel good. and staff good. Room spotless and bathroom. They could have varied the breakfast a bit more.Same food every day. Did not enjoy the breakfast very much. Greasy eggs and fatty spanish bacon and warm halved tomatoes. They did warm them up for me. I dont know how long they had been standing there on a plate. It is about 20/25 minutes walk to the centre of town.

A great investment in Murcia
A noisy nearby disco spoiled our first night, but staff offered us another room in the morning. We discovered that the new room had much better soundproof glass and we slept wonderfully for the remainder of our stay. Free street parking was available almost in front of the hotel. The bed was superb, the towels thick, and the breakfast was very delicious (especially the bacon and roasted tomatoes). The coffee machine dispensed great coffees and the fresh walnuts were a nice treat. A pleasant 15-20 stroll into the centre. A very good supermarket across the street and a mall only 2 blocks away. The only problem was the slow draining of both the sink and shower, but we didn’t mention them until checkout. They quickly apologized. We would happily return!

Good stay in Murcia
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Price was very good, probably because of the late November visit. The gastrobar cafe at the hotel seems good but it was a bit expensive so just walked out to some local places instead. If you dont mind walking, you are about 1.5km from most of good restaurants and cafe.
