Cosy townhouse in Muro

Beautiful and well-maintained house in the centre of Muro.

If you are looking for accommodation to spend a pleasant holiday with your family and friends, you will find the comfort and charm you are looking for in Capavila.

Capacity for 6 people.

The house is divided into two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living-dining room, a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes during your holiday and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the spacious breakfast terrace.
On the first floor there are the bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds, and two bathrooms with bathtub.

Outside you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company. On the large outdoor barbecue you can prepare delicious meals for a cosy barbecue evening.
You can cool off in the 6x3 metre pool, which has sun loungers ready for you.

The house is fully air-conditioned. There is also a garage with space for 2 cars, which can be used.

IMPORTANT:
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Optional central heating 15€ X day
- Electric cars plugged into the mains 100€ per week.

Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - alles was man benötigt ist im Haus zu finden. Unserseits gibt es kleine Anmerkungen, die Matratzen könnten mal getauscht werden, neue liegen für den Pool und einen Pool Kühlschrank in der Garage ☺️ Liebe Grüße
