I made this reservation and later needed to arrive 30 minutes before their 4pm check in. I called and they said it was ok to check in between 2 and 4pm with no early fee but if I needed to arrive before 2 there would be a fee. When I arrived at 3:30 they wanted an early check in fee. I related the info from my phone call and the clerk assured me that I would need to pay more. She said "We can't just take your word for it." so I called their phone number and this time they said there would be an early check in fee but agreed to get a manager involved. They went through their call log and saw that I had in fact called in earlier that day and that the reservation clerk made a mistake so they would waive the early fee "this time". It was a totally frustrating experience that could have been avoided. The process took 15-20 minutes and made me late for my appointment. I will find another hotel on my next trip.

Great trip

Very nice basic two bed bedroom nice paintings on the wall somewhat upgraded over Hampton, but not much people aren’t willing to stay in this room very long they’re gambling by otherwise it was very nice and clean and we enjoyed the beds as well
