I made this reservation and later needed to arrive 30 minutes before their 4pm check in. I called and they said it was ok to check in between 2 and 4pm with no early fee but if I needed to arrive before 2 there would be a fee. When I arrived at 3:30 they wanted an early check in fee. I related the info from my phone call and the clerk assured me that I would need to pay more. She said "We can't just take your word for it." so I called their phone number and this time they said there would be an early check in fee but agreed to get a manager involved. They went through their call log and saw that I had in fact called in earlier that day and that the reservation clerk made a mistake so they would waive the early fee "this time". It was a totally frustrating experience that could have been avoided. The process took 15-20 minutes and made me late for my appointment. I will find another hotel on my next trip.

We didn’t have any heat in our room, they moved us and the other room didn’t have heat either. It never got above 60 degrees. It was in the new tower. It is beautiful but they are still working on it.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly and made the hotel check in smooth and fast. The only thing that I would say is that the room, at $300.00 for one night, was not worth the cost, I could have had my family stay at the one on the opposite side for $169.00. I knew it when I reserved the room, just was thinking of Christmas, but if I had it to do over again, I may not have spent that much money. I guess that you can say that overall, it was just average at that price. Nothing too special...
