Reception staff were not very friendly . On every occasion they would just answer our questions abruptly, reception were always awesome in our other stays . Not a very welcoming reception that’s for sure . We tried to add an extra night, after staying 3 , we were shocked that it was going to be over $300 for just the one night we payed around $580 for 3 nights . We have stayed many times and never imagined that price for one night . Any way we booked in somewhere else for the extra night .. a bit disappointing. Room and everything else was great

Simply cannot rate this hotel or our experience highly enough. From the first point on contact at the front desk with a warm welcome, to the bed, facilities, room sevice and meals available ... The Bridgeport overall is just amazing!! Everything has been created for comfort and enjoyment. The staff are heaps friendly and helpful. They always smile!! The food is yum!! When we were leaving the outside dining area, a young man, staff member called to me to wait and he ran over and opened the door!! Now that was incredible. This might just give you a glimpse of how amazing the Bridgeport Hotel is 😊🙏
