Although I highly recommend this hotel, what I did not like is Expedia did not offer the premium rooms and when we went to the front desk to request an upgrade, it cost us about 40,000yen more. If it was offered online, it would not cost that much, according to the hotel staff. Other than the cost, it was excellent

The room was small, cramped, and smelled like smoke. The breakfast room service was somewhat inconvenient and lacking in variety. I was surprised that a hotel at that price range could not produce expresso coffee drinks, though they had a machine in plain view. I think I'll skip the Tokyu chain of hotels from now on.

It’s my 2nd time here and this hotel never disappoints. It’s clean and safe - check in/out are also facilitated smoothly. I just wish the hotel staff recognize returning guests and that hotel would give at least complimentary or special discount for returning guests.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff was very nice and pleasant. The gym, was lacking equipment. The breakfast buffet was decent, but the staff was very attentive. The beds and pillows were on the stiff side. Overall, it was a pleasant and convenient stay for the price.
